Over the years of capturing weddings, we have partnered with countless shooters on the East Coast to help us capture weddings. We have carefully chosen the most talented, dependable, and fun shooters we’ve worked with to be part of our team.

As full time shooters, our reputation is everything to us so we only work with team members that we can fully trust with our couples and brand.

Can I see how will be shooting my wedding?

This is a question we get from almost every couple and it’s completely understandable. Your photo & video team will be with for your whole wedding and it’s only natural that you’d want to make sure you gel with them! The answer is no…and yes! Let us explain!

All of our team members have their own wedding photo & video businesses and their availability can change rapidly. Because of this, we don’t share our shooters information before booking. However, once you are officially booked you will be sent the contact and social media information for the shooters who will be shooting your wedding.

What if I don’t like our shooters work?

We have specially chosen team members that shoot in a similar style to us but if for any reason you receive your shooters information and determine you don’t like them, we will happily pair you with another member of our team!

That being said! Raw photo & video is like a blank canvas so while your photographer & videographer may edit their personal work differently than us, we have our own editing process that gives us our look!

Are your team packages and your personally captured packages the same?

For the most part yes! We’ve removed the engagement sessions from our team packages to help with cost but we can absolutely add an engagement session to your team package!

Can we add an engagement session to a team package?

Yes we can and encourage you to do so! The reason being is that we can pair you with the same photographer who will be capturing your day which gives everyone a chance to get to know each other. Engagement sessions are $350 for an hour session.

There is a chance that your photographer won’t be available due to scheduling conflicts but if they aren’t you are given the option to have another team member capture your engagement session or cancel the session and be refunded.

No travel fees! This is a HUGE benefit to our team packages! Because we have team members all over the East Coast we will most likely always have someone in your weddings state! The average travel cost to have us personally capture your wedding day is $2000 for out of state weddings so we often recommend our team packages for couples who don’t have the budget for our travel fees.

Yes! If you’ve seen any of the work on our website or Instagram then you’ve seen our teams work! The idea is that our teams work and our personally captured work is so similar that they are virtually identical.

We are personally part of all communication from the moment you inquire with us through full gallery delivery. Our team will typically reach to introduce themselves about a month before your wedding but we are always CC’d or included via group text. It’s extremely important to us that our couples feel supported and know that we aren’t passing you off to people you don’t know, leaving you confused and frustrated. We are truly there for you throughout the whole process!

All of our packages include a timeline call with us personally! If requested, we can have the photographer who’s capturing your wedding take your timeline call but there is an additional $100 fee to have them do so. The reason being is that timeline calls typically take about an hour and we have to accomodate our shooters for their time.

Who edits my photos & films?

We do! We personally edit all your photos and films! Our team simply helps with physically capturing your wedding day! Our goal is to provide all our couples with the same quality and experience no matter if we personally captured your wedding or our team did!

Who isn’t a great fit for team packages?

If it’s extremely important to you that you have a relationship with the people who will be there on your wedding day then we would encourage you to book us personally. All of our personally captured packages include an engagement session as well which helps us get to know you and build our relationship. Both options are fantastic but we would certainly love to be present at your wedding!
